Contract for Entertainment

It is mutually agreed between the parties as follows: Highland Piper agrees to furnish the entertainment herein described, upon all the terms and conditions herein as set forth.

5. Contract Price:

A deposit of $150 is payable to Justin Gonzalez to validate this contract..

(Wedding rehearsals are an additional $50 - $75 depending on the time needed.)

·       Balance Due: On the Date of Event unless otherwise stated.

·       Payable to: Justin M. Gonzalez (cash preferred but will accept checks)

·       Contract and deposit must be returned within 10 days to assure that this date remains

reserved.

The obligations of Highland Piper are voided in case of sickness, accidents, accidents to means of transportation, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God and acts of public authority or any other cause beyond Highland Piper’s control. In such cases, there shall be no claim for damages made by either party to this contract and the deposit will be refunded in full to the Presenter. It is agreed that any cancellation by the Presenter will result in the forfeiture of the Presenter’s deposit unless Highland Piper can be booked for another engagement on the same date and for a contract price that equals or exceeds the contract price set forth herein.
